[Rumer and Scout Willis]

Same. And I actually find him attractive.

+1000

Although, that's kind of the point? Like, Bruce is attractive, but he has a very masculine jaw that doesn't translate as well on his female offspring.

He's certainly more attractive than Demi.

But I think that they should lose some dramatic make up and go for a more everyday, healthy look, and there wouldn't be anything wrong with them. They might not be run-of-the-mill model material, but they wouldn't stick out like ugly ducklings like they are on that picture.

I find then pretty attractive

I'm always fascinated by kids who look like an amalgam of their parents. So many of my cousins' kids look so much like them, it's uncanny. In this case, Rumer has got Demi's eyes and nose and Bruce's everything else. Actually, if I didn't know who their parents were I'd say they were both very pretty, but as it is, all I can see is so. much. Bruce.

I'm actually a fairly good amalgam, and only later in life realized this is not the case for everyone.

I think they're actually a pretty even split between Bruce and Demi...it's just not a very attractive combination.

(Anonymous) 2017-03-14 11:15 pm (UTC)(link)
Yup, this describes them really well.

(Anonymous) 2017-03-14 11:59 pm (UTC)(link)
To my eyes, the extremely unflattering hairstyle they're both rocking is a big part of the problem. A clever hairstylist could probably make both of them look much cuter; what they've got going on right now only accentuates how long and narrow their faces are.

Yeah, I was thinking the same.

"What a shame someone doesn't live up to my standards of beauty. What a shame someone isn't born as beautiful as their famous actress mother."

Ugh.

How about what a shame that women are still judged primarily on their looks, and WE'RE the ones that are labelled shallow by society, how about that?

Fuck.

(Anonymous) 2017-03-14 11:18 pm (UTC)(link)
I know, right? OP should keep offensive stuff like this a secr--

Oh.

Seriously? I think the same thing about Viggo Mortensen's son - too bad the kid doesn't take after his father instead of his mother. Except I'm not ashamed of my opinions that way many people seem to be, so I rarely feel the need to make a secret about them.

Could we please stop with the fake quotes that have quotation makes and everything? Find another way to make your point, please.

Agreed. This secret made me sad.

I get how easy it is to be mean, OP, but just... don't? It's already insane how women get hate over something so trivial as their looks - which are the result of their parents genes! Try to be kinder.

Reminds me when two attractive sims have really weird looking children. Someone get the CAS edit out? :/

(Anonymous) 2017-03-15 05:01 am (UTC)(link)
Hahaha, yes! OMG, some of my sims children were tragically ugly. And they always had such beautiful parents, too.

(Anonymous) 2017-03-14 11:57 pm (UTC)(link)
What's really tragic is the fact that the one on the right felt it best to wear black underwear under a see-through pink dress. Maybe she was trying to make some kind of statement, but the only statement I'm getting out of it is that someone needs to take the poor child in hand and teach her how to dress for formal occasions. There is using visible underwear as a legitimate fashion statement, and then there is simply looking like you forgot a layer in there somewhere.

I always had shitty, superficial thoughts when I saw Rumer Willis, then I read her backlash against some photographer photoshopping her jaw and I admired the hell out of her. I wish I had that confidence.

(Anonymous) 2017-03-20 12:00 am (UTC)(link)
I think they look fascinating and strangely beautiful. They go against what is considered 'traditional feminine facial features' and, really, I've always been drawn to supposedly 'masculine' features on women. I'd really like to draw them one day.

I've ended up being extremely attracted to trans women who don't """"""pass""""" because of this, but I've always considered that a win so

(Anonymous) 2017-03-22 12:04 am (UTC)(link)
i feel like you went out of your way to find the least attractive photo of them together you could.
