"What a shame someone doesn't live up to my standards of beauty. What a shame someone isn't born as beautiful as their famous actress mother."

Ugh.

How about what a shame that women are still judged primarily on their looks, and WE'RE the ones that are labelled shallow by society, how about that?

Fuck.

I know, right? OP should keep offensive stuff like this a secr--

Oh.

+1

The rabid SJW is strong in here tonight.

Different OP-

I always find it hilarious when people try to insult by writing "social justice warrior" or SJW.

A warrior for justice? Hell yeah! I'll take that mantle! Sounds awesome!

And also agree with other OP. Once more, people are judging women on their looks. Keep staying classy!

Presuming that's because the meanings have shifted - when it first showed up in fandom, people who cared about "social justice" were people who cared about social justice - "social justice warriors" were the dogpilers and white-knighters, not so much about the cause as winning a fight online.

Seriously? I think the same thing about Viggo Mortensen's son - too bad the kid doesn't take after his father instead of his mother. Except I'm not ashamed of my opinions that way many people seem to be, so I rarely feel the need to make a secret about them.

I had to look him up. Honestly I think he does look a lot like him, it's just the extra pounds he's carrying around really obscure his features.

(Anonymous) 2017-03-15 10:26 pm (UTC)(link)
I was going to say the same.

To be fair, Exene Cervenka was gorgeous when she was younger:

You can't expect to still look like that at age 61.

"What a shame someone doesn't live up to my standards of beauty. What a shame someone isn't born as beautiful as their famous actress mother."

Could we please stop with the fake quotes that have quotation makes and everything? Find another way to make your point, please.

(Anonymous) 2017-03-15 05:21 am (UTC)(link)
no.

(Anonymous) 2017-03-15 06:03 am (UTC)(link)
yes.

(Anonymous) 2017-03-15 05:29 am (UTC)(link)
Agreed. This secret made me sad.

I get how easy it is to be mean, OP, but just... don't? It's already insane how women get hate over something so trivial as their looks - which are the result of their parents genes! Try to be kinder.
