The only part I judged was the people I saw drawing humanizations of him as a skinny blond twink. Like. What the fuck. He has a double chin and don't see any reason why he would be white or blond.

There's no character in any fandom that can escape being drawn as a skinny twink.

Secret OP

Yeah that part bothered me. I don't care at all about the crab penises being drawn, but I have to admit it upsets me when I see people default to skinny white twink status.

The dude would be brown and chubby/fat (I'm including both because I think there's a case to be made for if he's more of a muscular chub or if he's just straight up fat, either/or is good), stop it people. That doesn't preclude you from making him attractive, there are plenty of attractive brown, chubby/fat people. I skimmed through a few reader insert fics (because what fun is checking out the weirder parts of fandom if you don't actually engage a bit?), and I have to give some authors credit for writing him as, and I quote, "round", "hulking", "big".

I was never a huge fan of the whole "take a non-human character and turn them into a generic bishounen" movement even though I like well-done humanizations, so seeing people actually pay attention to converting his anthropomorphized qualities properly was nice. :)

if there's one thing I've learned from fandom, it's that no, there isn't any such thing as attractive chubby/fat men
