If I were a voice actor or creator, I'd absolutely jump on any attempt to make my fans feel engaged.

I get how there are some lines - usually tied in with possible legal limitations with the company you work for. Like, maybe as a voice actor, you wouldn't want to sign an actual pornographic image because it could look like you are officially condoning it or something. But "work safe" pairs? Absolutely! Fans who ship can be some of the most loyal fans who are most likely to buy merchandise and support you in the future, so anything to make them happy.

Plus I like to think I'm a fun, good-natured person who is geeky myself and would be pleased to support and engage with fans in general.
