Nah, they don't, but people like me sure as fuck notice you fuckwads going, "Oh, I know this character is gay... Buuuuut I'm gonna pretend they're straight anyway." And it's uncomfortable as fuck and tells me how little you care about anything but your own fap fodder.

You do realize you're not a fictional character, right? And that the way a person thinks about fictional characters for entertainment's purpose has little to no bearing on how they view the world as a whole. And that somebody imagining a gay character as straight or even writing or drawing about it does not actually affect the character.

And you're uncomfortable that someone doesn't ship the way you want them too? Boo fucking hoo.
