I'm not OP, but for me it depends. A lot of movie/TV scenes that are overtly sexual really bother me-- the ones where it feels like it's there to titillate the audience without adding anything of value to the overall thing can make my skin crawl. But if a scene is shot so that it's artistically beautiful, then I can appreciate it without it registering as 'sex' so much as just art.
