If you "really like" reading fic about sex, you aren't asexual, just uncomfortable with sex

Wrong.

Some asexuals enjoy reading/thinking about characters (as in, entities who are not them) having sex. That absolutely does NOT mean they want to have sex with someone themselves.

I've been reading and enjoying smut featuring my various ships for fifteen years. But guess how many times I've been sexually attracted to someone myself? Zero. Zero times.

I have a love of eroticism, and filthy, filthy smut. It just so happens that none of my erotic fantasies involve me, at all, ever.
