I'd say post to both. But if you think people might be reccing your fic elsewhere, maybe put a note at the top providing a link to the AO3 version and politely asking reccers to link there instead. That's what I'd do, anyway, because when I see a story on a recs page and the link goes to FF.net, four fifths of the time I close out of it without reading the fic.

That's a good idea.

I also won't follow rec links that go to ff.net because of bad past experiences. It's really nice when recs provide alternative links, and having them I a note at the top of your fic would help reviewers.
