What's wrong with posting it there because you want more feedback? I don't get why fic writers should have to pretend that feedback doesn't matter to them.

Yeah, like... sure, it's annoying when they demand it, but it's equally annoying when artists do it so wtf.

In fact the worst feedback demander I've ever seen was a fan artist who not only wanted more, but wanted more detailed and "constructive" feedback... except it turned out she dismissed or ignored anything that wasn't overly positive. Including comments pointing out why people might not feel like leaving long comments because OMG one of them said they find it difficult but had perfect grammar and spelling so clearly they're lying.
