What's really tragic is the fact that the one on the right felt it best to wear black underwear under a see-through pink dress. Maybe she was trying to make some kind of statement, but the only statement I'm getting out of it is that someone needs to take the poor child in hand and teach her how to dress for formal occasions. There is using visible underwear as a legitimate fashion statement, and then there is simply looking like you forgot a layer in there somewhere.

She might be trying to make a statement. She once went topless in New York City to protest an Instagram policy.
