Well, first of all, the whole point is that people didn't know it was a situation where they needed the ticket sales to avoid closing the show. That's the piece that people were unaware of. Obviously they would make more money with Mandy but I don't think people knew it was necessary to keep the show open.
Second, again, it was a question of how the thing was treated and communicated out and the appearance that Oak was being treated disrespectfully for no reason. Again, this turns our not to have been the case, but it was a reasonable assumption because of the bad communication.
