AYRT - I'm not terribly fond of Mamamoo either, not because they seem fake to me but I tend to dislike their popular songs, and like the "less popular" ones. I'd say they're "in the upper 50%, but barely" for me in terms of girl groups. The only girl I vibe somewhat with is Moonbyul. Don't think I ever listened to a Loona song that wasn't a B-side. Was gonna ask "did they ever get a first win?" ; turns out they did, a single time. (I was today years old when I found out the "I'm so bad" song wasn't actually called that.) I just don't find them memorable or hype-worthy. Still like both slightly better than BP - at least they (are said to) participate in composing/producing and aren't promoted as "all looks".
But who am I to trashtalk ggs when my faves are either disbanded or nugu.
