Best: most berries (when they are sweet), Asian mangoes, peaches, nectarines, tangerines, watermelon, cantelope, honeydew, pear, kiwi

Worst: grapefruit or anything else naturally really sour, coconut, figs, grapes, cherries, any bananas except spotless and still slightly green ones,
