I'm the opposite. I find raw vegetables, at best, tolerable (usually in the summertime) and at worst miserable. Cooked veggies can be really delicious, though, particularly if they're baked or sauted and given a bit of seasoning. And cooked mushrooms? Oh my god, get them in my mouth right now.

Hahah, opposites indeed because the texture of cooked mushrooms makes them the nastiest of all pizza toppings to me. Absolutely loved them raw though.
