They are chiseling at the sidewalk because they think that they own 20 feet of land on the other neighbor's side. They are also hoarders.

Yurk.

This house up the street from the Monstrous Bebe and her bf are like that. Hoarders with pets that never go outside, you can smell the house from the street (MB thought something dead was lying in the yard or something), they have kids that are skinny and responsible for walking a mile or so to the grocery for food.

And now the dad (who buys junk cars), keeps parking his SUV with the trailer and car-of-the-week all up and down the street, most recently directly in front of MB's house. Got bad enough, her bf called the police and asked them to come and be the 'mediator' and tell the guy he can't do that.

He's now parking his SUV/trailer in front of the house about two houses down, where an older lady lives, whose mother just recently died. The guy is a conspiracy theory freak and was *very* belligerent, even to the cops. Joy.
