Well you could try postponing watching the show until you finish your fic? A terrible suggestion, I know. But maybe once you finish one series you could go back to rewatch a show that you still feel inspiration from?
Personally, I'm mostly the same as you. Once something is done, it's finished, which is why I've rarely completely anything aside from the few things I /want/ to forget about. But I've also hit a blank space recently, I have nothing I'm really into so I've been looking through old series that aren't entirely dead mostly. Sometimes I feel like I'm in the twilight zone, tbh. lol

Really though, I'd just read back on what you wrote and see if it inspires you to write more. Play games with it to get you remotivated, like listening to songs that embody that character/relationship. Either way, I just hope you have fun. All those docs are reminders of the enjoyment those shows brought to you, the fact you made them at all proves their worth, not their completion status.
