I just cannot get into the new Darth Maul series. I used to be interested in him, but his story is done. Rebels tied it all up pretty nicely. I don't need to see his "crime lord" phase.

I hear ya, OP. I think it is a good show, but some parts of Star Wars are finished and don't need anything extra added to them, and I think Maul's story is one of them.

I tried the first 2 eps and just never went back for the others. It wasn't bad and I'm not against more Maul, but it didn't capture my interest. It maybe took itself too seriously for my tastes.

I liked the show a lot but I agree with you in spirit. It wasn't a necessary story to tell, even though it was good.

Soap-box tiiiime!!

I still haven't watched Tales from the Underworld or whatever it's called because they brought back Ventress. Her ending was in the Dark Disciple novel and it was so perfect but the show just kicked all that in the garbage and fuuuuck all the way off.
