I have to agree, OP. Cars is my favorite movie of Pixar's, even over Toy Story, though it was the soundtrack that really made me fall in love with it (I LOVE "Real Gone" and "Find Yourself"). But I'm a bit leery about the sequel. So far, it sounds pretty shitty (secret agents? really?), which makes me sad.

Yes, THIS. When I heard they were planning a sequel, I was SO happy. But then I saw the trailer and my icon was my reaction. I'm hoping that it's a case of the trailer being waaay worse than the actual movie, but...

Ohgod I hope that too! :( I love Pixar like crazy, they are awesome with one shot movies, I wasn't too impressed with Toy Story 2 and yet to see the 3rd, but I was a-glee for Cars 2 (and it's near my son's birthday so I have a great excuse! LOL!) but yeaaah that trailer whaaaat.... ¬_¬
