This. I too consider myself a person of faith, and I frequently listen to "religious" songs as well as secular ones. And I'll admit that I've been able to interpret plenty of crossover myself.
But, yes, the OP's secret creeps me out(maybe as far as disturbed) and IS squicky, but, whatever. I'm not gonna tell OP they can't post a secret about something just because it makes me uneasy.

TBH, I'm more likely to be offended by some of the comments that are sure to come on this thread hating on religion/religious music.

It's squicky as all fuck, but I won't tell the OP they shouldn't have posted it, either. I mean, I'd rather not have known, really, but eh. It's the Internet. You come across all kinds of things. Best to just forget about it.

That's actually how I feel when I find out people are devoutly or strongly religious. I find it kind of squicky and wish I hadn't known, but eh, whatever. It is what it is and in the end it's not actually hurting me any.

Eh, I did put in that at the end of the day it's not a big deal. Religious devotion is just a rl squick of mine. Not like I go around yelling at people to stop being religious, it's just one of those things I'd rather not know about people is all.

This. NGL that I find that disturbing, but it's not hurting anything, and this is far from the worst secret we've had on this comm, so it's whatever. No reason to attack OP.
