21? I'm not going to say you're missing out on a lot, although you are (even though I agree that many of those are overhyped), but -- really? It's all everyone else's fault? I'm pretty sure your stubborn dislike of things that are popular is at least partially to blame. You're the only common denominator in all those wildly different series.

2. holy crap, someone who actually likes Relena. I'm honestly not mocking when I say I wasn't sure such people existed! I hated her when I saw the series, but that was yeeeeears ago and probably for a stupid reason, so who knows. I'd probably like her now, knowing me.

1. Me too! I always freak out that my roomies are going to walk in and see me talking to "myself" and think I'm nuts. My mom actually walked in on me in the middle of my "let's pretend" game before and gave me a really weird look. Sometimes I'll turn around to respond to someone who's not there and forget there are other people in the room - how embarrassing!

17. AHAHAHAHA Shakespeare Abridged FTW! I love Shakespeare even without them rocking the crazy, but YES, they do so rock the crazy.

8. Eee, Noir secret~ I kinda feel the same way, I OTP'd Mireille/Kirika like mad, and I usually get tons of fic ideas after being enthralled with something, but I couldn't get any ideas for Noir.

30. Eh, I don't think Ash is romantically inclined, period, for either humans OR pokemon. (Yet I'm still a huge Palletshipper and Pokeshipper. Go figure.)

1. I know I didn't post that secret. But it kind of feels like I did. Except that I'm 22, and I usually pretend to be with a character from my current fandom, as opposed to being them. But the conversations outloud and all that. Oh yeah.
I say it's because I want to be a writer. I need to get a good idea of how dialogue plays off itself. Yeah. That's why. But I think I totally know what you mean.

6. I'm probably guilty. I try to listen when my friends go on about games and anime, but I've never been interested in games, and I treat anime kind of like an ex-boyfriend that I broke up with on cordial but awkward terms.

28. I thought their ending was semi-perfect, in that they're married, but they're not together (semi because the whole ten-years thing doesn't make sense if you can just stand in a bucket of seawater. Or, here's a thought--meet on a boat!), because as a couple they just didn't work. Liz was a totally pirate, and Will never really was. He tried. But he just never was one.

35. is a repeat, I think.

32. IAWTC so hard. The dance scenes are so gorgeous. sometimes I go back and watch only the dancing (because the rest of the movie is so damn painful). And then get really sad because I'm not Ginger Rogers.

36. Steve Jobs (right?) agrees with you. On the first part, anyway, I don't know his opinion on Mirage.
