Yes, cause that's ALL there is to each of those characters. Granted, I only know two of them on there (Winry and Asuka) but... no, they don't fit that stereotype at all, mainly because there's more to them and you're just scratching across the very surface.
Little off topic: WHY is it when we see a sterotype secret, it's ALWAYS about females and never males? Hate to break it to you, but almost every character in about every fandom fits into one stereotype if you look at their surface: Badass loner types (Cloud from FF7, Albel from SO3, Zelgadiss from Slayers) the 'overall nice guy' (Fayt from SO3, Billy from Xenogears, Yuuri from KKM), the 'mentally challenged' (Llyod from ToS, Gourry from Slayers, Jack from RS)...
The list goes on, and yet, no one bitches or complains about them as much as the guys. And I can tell you that those 'stereotypes' for the above guys don't even remotely fit them or just scratch the surface for most of em. Cloud, Albel and Zel have their issues, Fayt, Billy and Yuuri will stand up for themselves given a situation , and while Llyod, Gourry and Jack aren't exactly rocket scientists, they shine in their own ways.
