IAWTC, although anime Winry maybe. I don't at all see Winry as a tsundere character. She hits Ed every once in a while and loses her temper sometimes, but she's not a "rough chick" (she's actually very tender) and she never comes across as someone who hides their soft side/kindness only to "soften up" as the series goes on. And Anemone is too cracked out with her issues to really qualify. I don't think she acts like one either. She's "bitchy," but not in a way that fits the stereotype.
