Here's the thing - it's fine if you only like A topping B and not B topping A. Personal preferences, blah blah blah. Doesn't make you a lesser fan, or an idiot, for that matter. However, saying that you don't like B topping A because B is too gentle and soft to be a "seme"? (I hate that seme/uke bullshit SO MUCH.)
