I know it's possibly because not enough people buy them... however, bear in mind, I can buy an entire season of Six Feet Under - whose episodes are an hour long each - for €25 which costs the same as a measley four episodes - 20 minutes each in length - of something like Full Metal Alchemist. It's just a rip off. I bought the series of Fruits Basket as it was €10 per DVD and I intend on buying a Death Note box set when/if it comes out though. But it's really discouraging me from making random purchases.
