To be fair, I think the white-male-led Marvel movies often still have non-white characters in named support roles who get their brief moments to shine (Rhodey in Iron Man, Heimdall and Hogun in Thor, Falcon and Fury in CATWS, Gamora in GotG, etc.), something which Agent Carter doesn't really have at the moment.
But yeah, I honestly do think the lack of POC representation is more frequently a dealbreaker when the show is female-led than when it's male-led, which is really frustrating. It's like something trying to be progressive and falling short is seen as somehow worse in people's eyes than not even trying at all... :/
