You get distraught over other people weighing less than you do, or talking about their fortunate metabolisms. You constantly compare yourself to other women. You look up people's BMIs in order to make those comparisons. You obsessively count calories, and induce vomiting when you go over your self-imposed limit.

None of that is remotely healthy. Get help.
