I've had to stop watching movies because I'm so over oh-holy-dogs and bad-guy cats.

It does bug me in Cinderella, but at least it makes a little more sense with the mice being around. I still love the movie a lot.

My favorite Disney cat is actually Mittens from Bolt. She's fabulous and the movie is totally underrated too.

Back in late half of 2013 we had major issues with anon hate and anons not being taken seriously. It hasn't reached that level of frustration/problem yet.

It was the trigger for me making an account - to test if ppl were more likely to respond at all and it did increase. Except if I ever want to talk with the users who were a pain back then, I still go anon ;p they don't deserve a username convo lol.

Yep. You nailed it. I've made some good comments, probably on the 50/50 to 60/40 to my shitty ones, but I'm ONLY blasted for my shitty ones (anons pop up then just to call me a bad person). If I don't make scathing comments that day? The anons have nothing to jump me for, except that one person who blew up that thread I posted about a delicious chili dinner. I'm still baffled over that one.

It's like...I'm a human being!! Who has faults and good things, all in a giant mixed package!!

Seriously though there are things I like and things I dislike but even if I dislike the topics or people I enjoy the conversation and interactivity

I could browse Tumblr for hours instead but passive consumption gets boring

We lost most of them after the move though. Cause it's kind of annoying to get your stuff all over here. I DID have my blogs linked, but I think LJ, in their INFINITE WISDOM, fucked that shit up and I have yet to go back in link them properly. Mostly because I don't even care anymore (they borked all the links to the fanfics i had in my memories, as i sadly found out one day when i wanted to reread some of my favorite STXI fanfic....)

You have to balance your priorties. RL situations do change and you don't have as much free time as you once did, or you realize you are spending too much time on something and not enough on others.

it's easier to get something done if it's the focus, so even when feminism groups say they're for men's issues, very few if any make active steps to change inequality when it benefits their cause
