There are so many 'cute girl slice of life/comedy' anime/manga out there Azumanga didn't make up the genre! And Lucky Star does the moe style, yeah, but it plays off it. It's funny.
I'm not all that fond of moe (though less for the art and more for the dating-sim stereotypes that come with it), but I can't help but think that the OP just looked at the art and never actually saw the show.
And if they think that Lucky Star is pedo and Azumanga isn't, they need to find out how much Chiyo porn there is on the internet.
