3. Favorites feel impersonal. There's no connection. You get a notice. Ah. I'd rather a comment over a fav any day, even if it is just "that's good."
Mostly because I know a lot of people who just go and blanket-fav things, which really just takes the fun out of it.
And I know technically favs are better for networking and all that gear, it just feels like trying to start a conversation and only getting a curt nod.
