Dude, I think we all did that, to some extent. Hell, I *still* do it. In my mind, Mary-Suing yourself into fandom is my way of saying, "THIS is an awesome idea, I want to be a part of it."

The only difference is we didn't post that shit on the internet and expect everyone to fall all over themselves in love with our Mary Sue persona. There's nothing wrong with doing it and keeping it to yourself. ♥
