Seriously, this is what I've been trying to get across to so many people. Everyone who complains about the romance because "the Doctor isn't a sexual being!" Yes. Yes, he really isn't that much. Me, I'm not particularly sexual (oh, I like a good, fangirlish squee over characters/people, but my mind doesn't go much further than that), but I'm a hopeless romantic. And I would think someone who can be a romantic in the classical sense to the extent that the Doctor is... well, of course he would fall in love with people. Like I keep saying: romantic but not sexual. And that is so refreshing to see. For serious. Be my friend. Please?
