You don't need anime to survive. There's lots of things in the world I want but can't have, just because anime's one of the easier ones to steal doesn't mean it's not stealing. (And yes, occasionally I've done it, just like most people have occasionally palmed something from Hot Topic or WTFever, but it's still WRONG. I don't fool myself that it's ok.)

Unless for some reason you live in place where buying it legally would cost you an outrageous amount because you'd have to import, or you're some mutant that DOES need anime to survive, there's really no excuse.
