3: Yeah, it's a very unhealthy relationship (though I do think the manga does take that into consideration? I can't remember, I've not read it for a while), but really, girl with a penis? As a woman I take exception to that statement. Is that how you think girls and women act?

7: I'm not fond of it either, but it's not as if it became canon anyway.

30: Yes, because naturally they all have the same reason.

47: No, I think people are just arseholes. I played the game (obsessively) when it was first released, loved AC, and like what I've played of CC so far (haven't had time for the rest yet). I do think it's possible to appreciate the good things about the compilation and (rationally) criticise it.

67: It's not as if a lot of yaoi fans haven't seen most (or all, or some) of those films, or read those books; we just like the difference of reading a regular story with same-sex pairings. A story where love, or adventure, or a murder mystery, or a gost story or whatever is the main focus, not the apparently aall-encompassing tragedy of homosexuality. It doesn't exist in published media.

I sometimes think that this is the most common denominator in the yaoi/slash fandom.
