The secret doesn't state anything sexual. It could be sexual but it doesn't have to - not all physical contact is sexual. Anyway, even if it was, you can be asexual and have exceptions, as with other sexualities. (People might argue that's gray-ace and maybe that would be a better descriptor, but I still don't think one experience of "I'd like to touch this guy's bod" mean people should be able to question your identity)
