If you don't want to vaccinate your kids, but you keep them home and don't get them in contact with anyone else, then I'm fine. Well, not really because your kid shouldn't have their health risked for your stupidity. But legally, I wouldn't prosecute then. But not vaccinating your kid can kill other people.
