It does me no good. I don't click troll-links. I clicked an un-described link earlier on this thread and saw something rawncy that I really did not care to see, all because people cannot stand that some people just do not like what they like.

So the OP of 42 was bitchy. Troll posts directed at *me* do not do anything - I'm not disputing the bitchiness of the secret. Here, I merely gave out a link to an appropriate spot for people to be bitchy about this subject. That com is a good spooge-container -- Best to keep it there, away from the rest of fandom. Time and again, fandomsecrets prooves the *need* for such coms.

42. Oh come now... not all slash fiction is like that. Given that yes, nowadays, squeeing yaoi fangirls turn it into "het with penors" because the uke gets his personality horribly raped. This is why I don't read slashfic anymore. The fanbase is made of retarded yaoi fangirls who think ghey seks is just like that. Bet RL gay seks would make them die in a heartbeat.

Agreed. It was way too blond. He kept it for a long time too D:. The only reason it looks decent in Yukan Club is because Taguchi has blue eyes. His eyes are so pretty ~~even though it is fake~~ that it makes his blond hair less noticeable for some reason XD. I want his hair to be a darker brown and longer... but anything is better than his blond hair :D.

I definitely agree. Koki looks amazing with blond hair. He looks so good. I fell in love with Koki because of his blond hair. He needs to keep it forever and ever XDDD.

Yes :D. It always makes me sad that no one really loves Maru D:. Everyone pays more attention to Jin and Kame... that no one cares about the others D:. I basically love the TTUN more than KA XD.

There's only one art style yaoi mangaka use.
There's only one dynamic yaoi authors use for their subjects.
There's only one way to have sex.
There's only one thing to read on the entire Internets (which is yaoi and if you didn't force yourself to read it, you'd read nothing else, ever ever again and.. like die, or something. I guess. I don't know.

But they missed that it's not the fanfic people have problems with, it's being a homophobe in real life.

I have to wonder, though: do people really think gay porn is realistic?

Okay, but if that's the case, that's not a staple of yaoi by any means. That's freaking how a LOT of anime guys, in GEN anime, are designed. Not all, but a lot. The OP's beef, I should think, is with the overriding aesthetics of an entire culture that likes to draw girly looking men.

Meanwhile, it's a minority of people that like to take those girly looking men and make them have sex. *shrug* (And I feel like this is all a moot point, since the OP's expressed distaste for the way REAL men look when naked, anyway.)

RIGHT, PITCHIN' HERE.

If you're a fan of fairytales the first book is a good retelling of The Six Swans with a lot more depth, more twists and a really engaging main character. Most people consider this their favourite. The second two branch out into a more epic plot - a war between Northwood in Britain and Sevenwaters in Ireland for the sacred isles. Take three generations, a dash of prophecy and lots of celtic folklore and voila, you have the books.
