They said they felt like making her eat, because she's so skinny.

I've felt that way about people, too, but I wouldn't ever claim that they had an eating disorder. That's just presumptious. It's just a subconcious "Oh wow, that sort of skinny looks like it hurts" reaction.

Nothing against the bone-thin crowd, of course.
