YES! I've thought about this (http://doyle-sb4.livejournal.com/459544.html) and about who else in Bertie's life might be a Time Lord (http://doyle-sb4.livejournal.com/459963.html). But definitely Jeeves, yes.

I've never met anyone who preferred the UK version. Everyone I know thinks it sucked.
