I have a headache but it could be caused my any one of the following or combination of:

allergies (I ran outside this morning)
didn't eat enough to accommodate having ran 8 miles
at lunch time eating those wee small thing from a company called 'Cookie Dough Cafe' that was cookie dough in a cup (no eggs so no worry): translation - holy sugar bomb!
