David Cook's fans were solid supporters. We wanted to see him win because he deserved it far more than any other contestant. We took it upon ourselves to vote for four solid hours on finale night. We fangirled a lot in the process, yes, but we're sane.

David Archuleta's fans went door-to-door in their neighborhoods, asking people to vote for him on finale night.

Sadly he only shows up once you get to week 2 (... slight spoiler there. ah, well, not too much of one...), but yeah, stick out the somewhat-boring that is the first week, becuase Week 2 he shows up and EVERYTHING BECOMES BAD MATH PUNS. XD
