& besides. The internet 9 times out of 10 causes distraction. "Oh, I'll go work out in ten minutes, let me just check my flist" or "Oh, yeah, I'll do that in a little bit, I just need to check this site". I wasn't saying they need to work out 24/7, just that they need to make it their top priority. Because being that heavy is pretty fucking dangerous as well, even more so then exercising excessively, I think.

Which is kind of a funny thing to say, and I am sorry for butting in here but I need to discuss this SOMEWHERE, because the nationalities of Bleach shinigami is just all kinds of What The Hell. Seriously, it says in one of the databooks that people think Rangiku is from EUROPE, which says to me that Rangiku's blonde hair isn't becuase it's manga and those are wacky mangacolors but because she is actually... you know, caucasian. With blonde hair. And she's still named Rangiku. And then there is Tousen who is just... no. He was not born with that name. HE WAS NOT.

Maybe noone can truly cosplay Bleach characters because we really don't have a single clue as to what ethnicity they really are.
