I was apparently the only fucking employee who misread the message (which we recieved a week ago on a very busy message app chain) of “wear a plain white shirt to work on the 10th” as “wear a plain shirt to work”meaning I was the only one wearing a color instead of white. Which would have embarrassing enough but it also meant I was the only one not allowed in the group photo everyone took at the end of the day and I know its dumb but I feel so humiliated and excluded lol. I already feel like I don't fit in at work and no matter how hard I try I can't seem to, so this just feels like... a symbol for that or something.
