Adric could be really annoying at times whenever he got all sulky, but when he died I BAWLED for DAYS. This was when PBS was showing Old Who 2 decades ago and I was a 11 year old nerd kid at the time. I still feel sadness when I remember it and have a great affection in my heart for Adric as a result. It was the first character death I ever experienced and (even though it sounds silly) I grew up a little bit right there in front of my TV.
