104) Part of that comes from the fact that the very few times the subject comes up, Roy always comes off as a guy who likes women, rather than a guy looking for a woman. He gets annoyed during the whole "Bard" episode because it will make him late for a date. A date we then never hear about. He fantasizes about the army consisting of nothing but short skirted women. And he does happen to date the girl that Havoc was angling to get. He also makes a come on at a random nurse. He talks in a drooling fashion about Psiren. He shruggs off Hughes suggestions at marriage. Yes it's not much -- but the thing is, the show isn't about Roy's private life. Roy doesn't even show up for many episodes, and those episodes he is in, he is almost invariably wrapped up in work. The few data points we have for what goes on when he's not doing his job is that he enjoys women to an extent none of the other characters do.
