Yes, I admit he is childish- I like that, for Ten. He's not the BEST Doctor- that's reserved for Tom Baker, by far- but part of the point of Doctor Who is that each incarnation is different. This one is very emotional, loves everything wildly, can get very upset and angry, is pretty damn manic, etc. I kind of prefer Nine myself, but I think Ten truly has his place, and I too look forward to Eleven. :>
