It made me very sad when I discovered that there was no serious fandom for this series. I've watched both the original and Traumend and am currently rewatching them before continuing with Overture. The characters are wonderful and very well developed. I know you're anon but if you ever feel the need to fangirl over it with someone, I would love it if you gave me a chance. I've been looking for a long time for someone I can talk to as well. :x
