Plus when people are made fun of on F!S, it's because of a secret they made and submitted of their own free will, and unless they choose to comment under their own name, in most cases the secrets will remain anonymous. Not that that means there won't be nastiness in comments, or random nastiness towards people commenting, but by submitting a secret you are at least inviting a response (and probably have a fair idea beforehand that people are going to call you a loser, with some secrets).

Of course the anon commenting does allow people to take their grudges out on anyone who comments here, but it's still not the same as actively searching the internet for someone's latest contribution to a community so you can get a group of people to make fun of them for it.
