Buy a white button down shirt, a pack of sponges, and some blue fabric paint. Cut the sponges into wavy squares, put some cardboard inside the shirt so the paint doesn’t go through, and go to town. More expensive and time-consuming alternative—mock up fabric pattern in an image editing program, upload to spoonflower, buy custom fabric, make a shirt out of it.
