What secret-maker there failed to mention is that he's a robot. And so's the girl. She's being trained as some kind of spy-espionage-assassin thing, and she doesn't actually kill anything sentient for the whole episode. It ends up being one of the less totally-disgusting stories in that series, but it's still annoyingly moralizing.
