Oh that bit. Walk to the side of the roof closer to the second roof. Have leviate on and abuse it. Bounce up to where a pole is, and swing hard on it before flying over. Or just bounce over and try and land on one of the towers, which should have climbable netting. They may work. If not, try and get a friend to do it for you ;)
